1. Payment method
Payment is by bank transfer to the company bank account of Perkasia stated in the agreement or invoice. We never ask for payment to a personal account.
2. Currency and pricing
Prices are quoted in VND for customers in Vietnam and in USD for other markets, and show whether VAT is included.
3. Payment terms
First orders are paid in advance. Repeat customers may receive payment terms set out in the agreement.
4. Invoices
We issue a VAT e-invoice under Vietnamese law for every paid order, sent to the email address in the agreement.
5. Payment security
Always check the account name and number against the signed agreement. If in doubt, call or email [email protected] before paying.
