1. Scope
These terms apply to the website perkasia.com and to business orders placed with Perkasia (“Perkasia”, “we”). Each order is also governed by the written quote and supply agreement signed with the customer; where they differ, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Business customers only
We sell only to registered businesses and organisations. By requesting a quote you confirm that you act on behalf of such an organisation.
3. Products
We supply activation codes and memberships for third-party digital platforms. Use of each membership is subject to the terms of the platform that provides it. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners.
4. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. An order is confirmed when the agreement or purchase order is signed and payment is received as agreed.
5. Acceptable use
Customers may not resell codes to consumers through unauthorised marketplaces, use them for fraud, or breach the terms of the platforms. We may suspend supply if this happens.
6. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Perkasia. You may not copy them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
7. Liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation, then by a competent court in Vietnam.
