1. Who we are
Perkasia is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We process personal data in line with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.
2. Data we collect
Through the quote form and email we collect:
- Name, job title and company
- Work email and phone number
- Country, programme needs and estimated quantity
- Anything you write in your message
Our website uses cookie-free analytics and a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that may process your IP address and browser data to block bots.
3. Purposes
- Answer your request and prepare quotes
- Sign and perform agreements, issue invoices
- Protect the website against spam and abuse
- Meet legal and tax obligations
4. Legal basis and consent
We process data with your consent, given when you submit the form, and where needed to perform a contract or meet a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (hosting and email by Cloudflare and our email provider), with platforms when needed to fulfil an order, and with authorities when required by law. Some providers may store data outside Vietnam, with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Contract and invoice records are kept for the period required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we reply within the time required by law.
8. Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, access is limited to staff who need it, and accounts are protected with two-factor authentication.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
