1. Digital delivery
All products are digital. There is no physical shipping.
2. Delivery method
- Encrypted file (spreadsheet) sent to the email address named in the agreement, with the password sent separately
- Or delivery through our API for platforms and loyalty programmes
3. Delivery time
Usually within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Large orders may be delivered in batches on the schedule stated in the agreement.
4. Acceptance
Please check the number of codes when you receive them and report any problem within 7 days.
5. Keeping codes safe
After delivery, the customer is responsible for storing and distributing codes securely.
